Who signs the construction agreement?
Construction agreements and applicable permits are handled by Daniel Jorge Management LLC (DJM) where the scope is accepted within its verified qualifications.

Plans, location, project stage, requested work and schedule constraints. The more complete the scope, the faster the review.
Does FLPro's parent-company status extend a license?
No. Parent-company status does not extend a contractor's license to another entity. Each proposal names the responsible provider, exclusions and permit requirements.
Where do you accept projects?
Orlando, Tampa, Lakeland, Daytona, the Space Coast, the Treasure Coast and Southwest Florida. Acceptance depends on verified scope, location and delivery capacity.
