One place to bring a structural scope.

FLPro is the mother company of the construction-company group and a commercial entry point for trade and subcontractor services. We qualify requests from general contractors, developers and property owners, then identify the responsible service provider and the appropriate contracting structure for the specific scope.

Construction agreements and applicable permits are handled by Daniel Jorge Management LLC (DJM) where the scope is accepted within its verified qualifications. Each proposal identifies the responsible provider, exclusions and permit requirements.
